The big question I know is on every one's mind is, What is going on with the real estate market?
It is a buyers market as I am sure you have heard in the media. It is the perfect time for buyers to purchase a home as the interest rates are way down and homes are very reasonably priced.
You can get more home for your money and if you wait, it will be to late!
Sub prime is not a concern for my client's as I do not recomend these lenders and never have.
If your credit has problems, we work on it.
